The courses are designed for training on advanced level before university application for high-school students and junior specialists within the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sykorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” framework named "The Future of Ukraine".

To attend the courses it is possible for the 11-12 grade students of the secondary schools, as well as for those who has already had completed the secondary education.

The goal of these courses is to bring into line knowledge of our applicants with the requirements of University programmes. The entrance exams preparation courses provide not only a high level of knowledge, but also the opportunity to join the circles of scientific creativity, to take part in a rage of different competitions and contests, to become a member of the Junior Academy of Sciences, to learn the history of Publishing and Printing Institute, its traditions and achievements, as well as the main activities of its departments, laboratories and research units. The aim of the courses is also to give guidance on the professional issues for students to identify their skills, gifts and talents of each of them and to develop recommendations based on their own choice for the future career; to attract the most gifted students to researching work in the leading departments and laboratories within the Publishing and Printing Institute in particular, to provide certain benefits during the enrolling to National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.

Preparation proveded for applicants depends on the chosen specialty and  includes the following subjects:

• Mathematics

• Physics

• Ukrainian Language and Literature (advanced level)

• History of Ukraine

• Foreign Language (English)

 Tests for Creativity Competition:

• Still-life painting, composition, model drawing

The attendants entering to the general science and engineering faculties and having completed an academic year of the entrance exam preparatory courses can be awarded with 10 points according to the final certification results.

The documents attached to the application for admission to courses:

1. Completed application form

2. Photocopy of birth certificate or the first and second pages of the passport;

3. 2 photos 3x4 cm;

4. 2 files for documents.

Duration of training - 7 months

Learning schedule: evening courses (3 times per week from 16.00 till 19.00), and part-pime courses (2 times per month on Saturdays from 10.00 till 17.00) for specialties "Publishing and Editing", "Advertising and Public Relations").

Classes start - on October the 1^st.

For specialty Grathic Arts the classes are held 3 times per week on Thursday, Saturday from 16.30 till 19.00 and on Sunday from 10.00 till 14.00.

Tuition fee is from 500 UAH
