Tetiana Kyrychok

Director of the Publishing and Printing Institute of NTUU KPI, Professor, PhD in Engineering Sciences. Subjects: "Technologies for electronic editions", "Information technologies".

Graduate of the Kyiv Politechnical Institute, Electronic Engineering Faculty (now Fuculty of Electronics), Engineer of Electronic Technologies, specialization - "Dielectrics and Semiconductors".

The thesis for obtaining the PhD degree under the theme "Scientific basis of providing the durability for banknote products" was defended in the Ukrainian academy of Printing (Lviv) in 2014. Tetiana Kyrychok is the author and co-author of over 100 scientific and methological sdudies.

Petro Kyrychok, Head of the PPI Acadedemic Board, Scientific advisor at the Printing and Publishing Technologies Department, PhD in Engineering Science, Professor, Honoured Science Worker of Ukraine.

In 2003 he was elected as a Head of the Department of Publishing and Printing Technologies of PPI. The same year, in order to provide an opportunity for PhD theses defense he constituted and later became a leader of the Specialized Academic Council. Petro Kyrychok is the founder of the scientific and technical journal “Technology and Technique of Typography”.

It was published more than 130 scientific works, written by Prof. Kyrychok, including 3 monographs and 3 course books. He has obtained 21 Inventor's Certificates and Patents. Research interests: technological processes and equipment for mashining to decorate and strenthen the components and units of the mechanical engineering and printing equipment.

Alla Kvasko

Deputy Director for Methological Activities, Publishing and Printing Institute of NTUU KPI.

Ph.D. in Economics, Assosiate Professor. Deputy Head of the Academic Council of Publishing and Printing Institute. Head of the Educational and Methodological Committee of PPI.

Graduate from Publishing and Printing Department, National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" with a degree in "Management of organizations". Since 1998 she has begun teaching at the Department of Organization of Printing, Publishing and Book Distribution. In 2008 Alla Kvasko defended PhD thesis in Economics and later obtained the title of Associate professor. She is the author of over 30 scientific and educational works, including 1 co-authored texbook and 1 course book bearing the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine as well as the collective monograph.
Disciplines: Economic Analysis of publishing and printing organizations; Labor Economics and socio-economic relations; Organization, rationing and wages; Logistics; Production Logistics; Operations Management; Quality Control.
Research interests: potential of the enterprise and its management, enterprise competitiveness, enterprise development management.

Nadiia Talimonova

Deputy Director for educational work with full-time students; Associate Professor of Printing Technologies Department.

Research experience:
- Studying the paper and offset inks parameters influence on colour characteristics and saturation of banknote prints.
- Studying how the structural, physical, mechanical and colour characteristics of two-layer banknote paper affect the printing and technical properties and quality of banknote prints.
- Colour reproduction modelling on paper with watermarks.

Mykola Andreychuk

Deputy Director for Part-time Education, Publishing and Printing Institute of NTUU "KPI", PhD in Social Communications, Associate Professor at the Department of Publishing and Editing.

He teaches such disciplines as "Theory and history of publishing and editing", "Marketing and promotion of books", "Communication Technology", "Sociology of Mass Communications".
Mykola is the author of several publications on the history of publishing, Ukrainian-Jewish relations and local history book "Ukrainian-Jewish discourse: the illustration of the interethnic relations in the printed items of Naddniprianshchina (60’s of XIX – beginning of XX century).

Research interests: History and present state of Ukrainian publishing, Media history, Ukrainian-Jewish Relations, Ukrainian-Polish Relations in the interwar period and during the World War II, Ukrainian resistance movement 60-80 years of the twentieth century, Regional studies.

Yaroslav Zorenko

Deputy Director of the Publishing and Printing Institute of KPI. Igor Sikorsky from scientific work.

In 2008 he graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky" with a degree in "Master of Publishing and Printing".
Candidate of Technical Sciences, specialty 05.05.01 - Machines and processes of printing production, Associate Professor of Reprography VPI.
Courses taught: "Information processing technologies", "Digital photography", "Visualization and animation technologies".
According to the results of scientific research he is the author of more than 30 scientific works, including: 2 monographs, 3 foreign patents, 20 scientific publications
His research interests include tone and color reproduction in modern methods of reproduction, stabilization of the quality of printed products, as well as the development of new methods of reproduction in the technology of creating electronic multimedia publications.

Tetiana Roik

Head of the Printing and Publishing Technologies Department, Ph.D in Engineering Sciences, Professor.

Tatiana is the author over than 350 scientific works and studies, among them there are 10 monograths, 5 educational manuals, 1 dictionary, 87 autor's Sertificates and and Licences on the inventions and utility models, more than 170 scientific papers in the specialised national and foreign journals. She participated in more than 120 scientific national and international conferences.

The scientific interests are: engineering with the following finishing mechanical processing of the new wearing resistant details produced from the composed meterials on the basis of nickel, leached steel, cooper, aluminium for the wide rage of the operational conditions for the polygraphic, thermic and energetic equipment, the completed researches of the cast fusions etc.

Tetiana is the editorial board member of 3 foreign journals: "Chellenges of modern technology", Warshaw, Poland; "Selected Engineering Problems", Gliwice, Poland; " Journal of Science of the Gen. Tadeusz Kosciuszko Military Academy of Land Forces", Wroclaw, Poland. Moreover she is the member of two specialized Academy Boardes in the NTUU "Igor Sykorsky KPI" and NASU for the Ph.D. degree defence; faculty mentor and scientific tutor.
